For a long time, I did what many women are taught to do in the name of “health.” I ate clean, trained hard, restricted food, pushed through exhaustion, and believed that if I just had more discipline, I would finally look and feel the way I wanted. On the outside, I looked like the healthy friend. I was the one eating salads, showing up to the gym, and doing “whatever it takes.” But internally, I was struggling.
I dealt with low energy, chronic gut issues, bloating, irregular cycles, water retention, brain fog, inflammation, and anxiety around food. I felt like I was doing everything right, but my body still felt stuck. For years, I believed something was wrong with me. Then I discovered metabolic health, and everything changed. I realized my body wasn’t broken. It was undernourished, overstressed, and asking for support.
Learning how to properly nourish my body, train for strength, and build a lifestyle that supported my health helped me reclaim my energy, confidence, and freedom around food. Now, as a certified personal trainer, NTP student, and health sciences graduate, I help women break free from the restrict-overtrain-repeat cycle so they can get leaner, eat more, train smarter, and feel strong in their body again.
My Approach
I take a holistic, foundational approach to nutrition and coaching. Instead of forcing change through more restriction, more cardio, or more stress, I help clients support their body through nutrition, movement, lifestyle, habits, and metabolic health. My goal is to create an internal environment where the body feels safe, fueled, and supported enough to thrive.
Who I Work With
I coach women in their 20s and 30s who are disciplined, driven, and used to pushing hard, but struggle to pull back when their body needs support. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, frustrated, bloated, uncomfortable, or stuck after years of dieting, overtraining, and trying to “do everything right.” Whether your goal is body recomposition, fat loss, or improving your overall health, I’m here to help you rebuild from the foundation up.
