I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to struggle with your body and nutrition. I grew up overweight and insecure, constantly battling the ups and downs of yo-yo dieting. From the time I was 12 years old, I tried everything to lose weight, only to find myself stuck in a cycle of restriction and regain. Along the way, I developed gut issues, food intolerances, and hormonal imbalances, making me believe that maybe something was just wrong with me.

That all changed when I discovered functional nutrition and macros. Working with a macro coach completely transformed my understanding of food. I learned that food isn’t the enemy - it’s fuel for our bodies to thrive. For the first time, I was able to eat more, feel better, and see real, sustainable results. I was shocked by how much my body thrived when I finally gave it the right fuel, and I knew I had to share this knowledge with others. The impact was so profound that I became passionate about helping others experience the same breakthrough I did.

Now, as a certified FDNP and macro coach, I help clients take a functional nutrition approach to fat loss, body recomposition, and improved metabolic & gut health. I also offer gut and food sensitivity testing, so we can address deeper imbalances that may be holding you back from feeling your best.
